I purchased the TireMinder 77 about a year ago and just recently added a dingy tow to my RV. I noticed the green light on the TM Booster that came with the unit had stared to blink. I contacted customer support about this unit and received a reply right away from the Service Department Manager. He informed me when I purchased the TM77 it did not come with the updated booster. He informed me he was sending me the booster right out to me with no cost and free shipping. I received the Tire Minder Rhino Signal Booster and installed it and the unit is working perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about TM customer support. I have contacted them on several occasions and they have always gone out of their way to assist me. I have recommended TireMinder to all my RV friends and to everyone else that question me about my TireMinder system.
