HERE'S WHY: The MemorySwitch®
is a light switch which (when activated) operates lights automatically to make a home look occupied. It programs itself by
memorizing the times when people operate the light to which it is connected - up to 48 times per day. There is no programming,
nothing to set or adjust. Simply install one or more Memory Switches® on frequently-operated lights in your home (kitchen,
living room, recreation room, bedrooms, etc.) and use normally. To activate, if you plan to be returning home late, or when
the home is going to be vacant for a day, a week or longer, simply press and hold the push plate on each Memory Switch®
for two seconds to start automatic operation.
When the MemorySwitch® is operating automatically,
it varies the times when it turns the lights on and off by a random length of time, up to 15 minutes late or early. This is
done to avoid giving the impression that the lights are being controlled by a timer. Each MemorySwitch® has a permanent,
built-in rechargeable battery, which keeps the microcomputer inside running properly during power failures. This ensures that
even during extended power outages the MemorySwitch® will keep perfect time and retain its current automatic schedule.
Installation of the MemorySwitch® is simple - turn off power to the circuit at the fuse or breaker box, remove
the existing switch and connect the MemorySwitch® in its place.

been designed to be used with standard large-opening style cover plates which are widely available.
